No alcohol or illegal substances may be brought into the venue as well as outside food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased by persons 21 years of age and over with legal identification but may NOT leave premises. El Paso Live has sole discretion to stop the sale of alcohol at any time during an event in our venues.
Patrons requiring sign language / oral interpreters, assisted listening devices or other special needs during an event should contact the event organizer in advance. Please contact our Box Office at 915.231.1100 so that we may accommodate your request.
El Paso Live welcomes all certified service animals.
There are ATMs located at El Paso Live venues for your convenience. There is one located in the Convention Center Plaza, one inside the Abraham Chavez Theatre, one inside the El Paso Convention Center, one inside the Plaza Theatre next to the bar, and one in the Convention Center Parking Garage.
No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12″ x 12″x 6″ maximum size). Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy. Main Box Office Location
Our main Box Office is located outside near the front entrance of the Plaza Theatre located downtown at 125 W. Mills Avenue (79901). Other Box Office locations are inside the Judson Williams Convention Center and the Abraham Chavez Theatre both located at One Civic Center Plaza (79901); and the McKelligon Canyon Amphitheater located on McKelligon Canyon Road (79930). On the rare occasion that an event at El Paso Live is postponed or canceled, please follow @elpasolive on social media or call 915-231-1100 for updates specific to the event. In most cases, refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
El Paso Live reserves the right to conduct an inspection on any bags, clothing, or other items at entry point or within any of our venues at any time. Searching for restricted items is a condition of entry to protect your safety and other patrons attending an event at any of the El Paso Live venues.
Use of Hand Held Metal Detectors (HHMDs) will be administered after completion of initial bag check (all items must be removed from pockets and held in hands; with arms spread at shoulder height). Failure to comply with Bag Checks and HHMD Checks will result in denial of entry into any El Paso Live. There will be no admission into the venue before the designated opening time. Guns are not allowed inside El Paso Live venues.
You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry.
The front doors to the venue open 1 hour prior to an event unless noted otherwise by the tour’s management. Please follow @elpasolive on social media for updates.
Please let El Paso Live staff know if, during an event, Spanish will need to be utilized to assist a patron.
Please be aware that traffic is typically heavy prior to showtime. El Paso Live suggests you arrive a minimum of 1 hour early to avoid traffic and make parking arrangements. Parking is available inside the El Paso Convention Center Parking Garage (1 Civic Center Plaza, El Paso, TX) for $10 during events.
If requested, El Paso Live event staff can provide earplugs for all-ages during events. Please reach out to one of the many event staff on hand to receive a pair.
El Paso Live has a strict non-smoking policy.

During large events, the facility has an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) onsite and will provide all medical attention when necessary. Each facility has a dedicated Medical Room for the EMTs working the events.
El Paso Live has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival to our venues.
El Paso Live is not responsible for any items that may be lost during events. All items that are turned in will be placed with Security in their main offices. Please contact Security at 915-534-0626 to inquire about your lost item.

Official event parking is located in the Convention Center Parking Garage on Santa Fe St. or at the Union Plaza Transit Terminal located at 400 W. San Antonio St. Parking fee is $10 a day, all day. McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre has parking adjacent to the entrance of the theatre. Vehicles left unattended in parking garages without authorization by Destination El Paso risk having the vehicle booted and fined.
Patrons using taxis, Uber, Lyft or private cars may be dropped off across from the Convention Center Parking Garage on Main St., between the Museum of Art and the newly-approved Children’s Museum.

- Coolers, Ice Chests, Folding Chairs, or Pointed-Tip Umbrellas. *Please note that some outdoor events may enforce a modified Cooler/ Ice Chest policy.

El Paso Live’s Re-Entry policy varies on a show-by-show basis. Please contact El Paso Live prior to showtime to learn if re-entry will be allowed.

Scalpers and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents by El Paso Live. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make their purchase through authorized ticket outlets only. Contact the Plaza Theatre Box Office at 915.231.1100 for more information
The are several ways to avoid traffic and hassle when attending an event in Downtown El Paso. Park and ride at the Glory Road Parking Garage (100 Glory Rd, El Paso, TX 79902) and ride the El Paso Streetcar or allow yourself time to find drive and park at least 2 hours prior to showtime. Reserved parking coming soon!
Weapons, Firearms, Pepper Spray, Pocket Knives, and any items that can or may be used as an improvised weapon, are prohibited at El Paso Live venues.
Wheelchair ramps and/or elevators are available at all DEP venues. A Wheelchair lift is available at both the Plaza Theatre & Abraham Chavez Theatre. Please ask event staff for assistance. Wheelchairs are available for loan on a first come, first serve basis.
It is recommended that “Will Call” tickets are picked up one hour prior to showtime with a valid ID at the venue Box Office.
